How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account. Under “My Subscriptions”, click on the cancel button next to the order.

Where is my order email?

Base on your email provider, your order confirmation email may be in your spam folder. If you have gmail, please check your tabs (i.e. primary, social, promotions). 

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

Can i cancel my csa mid-season?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our business, we cannot give refunds mid-season. 

Farm Pickup

When can I pick up my order at the farm?

Starting early-June 2022, orders can be picked up during farm pickup hours.

Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

What is your delivery policy?

Currently, we are only offering farm pick-up. 

Once I place my CSA order, when can I pick it up?

Farm pickups will start early-June 2022. A reminder email will be sent out to customers.

What happens if I missed my share pick-up?

Unfortunately, if you miss your share pickup for any reason, we are unable to provide a makeup share.

What happens if I missed my share pick-up while on vacation?

We recommend possibly asking a friend to come pickup your share. This can be a great way to introduce people to the CSA concept.

What if i don’t like a item in the share?

If you have any allergies or dislikes, you can swap out the item(s) when you pick up your share.  Please also let us know in advance. 


will i know what each share contains?

Yes,  you will receive weekly newsletter via email which states the items in the share, farm news, upcoming farm activities and recipes you can try. 

Plant Sale



Plant pickup will be available on the farm on Saturday, May 14th, and Sunday, May 15th from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.



Once your order is placed, a confirmation email with the farm’s location and pick-up times will be sent to you.
