Orders

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account. Under “My Subscriptions”, click on the cancel button next to the order.

Where is my order email?

Base your email provider, your order confirmation email may be in your spam folder. If you have gmail, please check your tabs (i.e. primary, social, promotions). 

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

Delivery + Pickup

When can I pick up my order at the farm?

Starting mid-June, orders can be picked up during farm pickup hours.

Friday: 4pm – 6pm

Saturday: 8am – 5pm

Sunday: 8am – 5pm

 How can I change my delivery date?

To change your order date, please email us at agricorganicsfarm@gmail.com three days before your original delivery date with your new delivery date.

What is your delivery policy?

Unless you choose “Farm Pickup” during checkout, orders will be delivered by Agric Organics on the date and time specified during checkout.
