Where is my order email?
Base on your email provider, your order confirmation email may be in your spam folder. If you have gmail, please check your tabs (i.e. primary, social, promotions).
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Can i cancel my csa mid-season?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our business, we cannot give refunds mid-season.
When does pick-up begin?
Starting June 25, 2023, CSA selections (based on produce availability) can be picked up at our farm store located at 10 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA during store hours. A reminder email will be sent out to customers.
What are the farm store’s hours of operation?
The farm store located at 10 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA will be open Sunday to Saturday from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
What is your delivery policy?
Stay tuned, we will be launching our delivery service soon.
What happens if I missed my share pick-up?
Unfortunately, if you miss a week, your share will be donated. Members can have someone pick up in their absence as an alternative.
What if I don’t like an item in the share?
If you have any allergies or dislikes, you can swap out the item(s) with what is available when you pick up your share.
will i know what each share contains?
We will try as possible to send out a weekly newsletter via email which states the items in the share, farm news, upcoming farm activities, and recipes.
